Billing

Manage your subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices from the billing dashboard.

Payment Methods

We accept:
  • Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal - Link your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer - Available for annual plans

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your payment details
  4. Save the payment method

Billing Cycle

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle
  • Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
Annual plans receive a discount and are billed once per year.

Invoices

View and download all your invoices:
  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. Click on any invoice to view details
  3. Download PDF for your records

Credits

Account credits can be used towards future invoices. Credits are applied automatically before charging your payment method.

Adding Credits

  1. Go to Billing > Add Credits
  2. Enter the amount
  3. Complete the payment
