Subscriptions

View and manage all your active subscriptions in one place.

Viewing Subscriptions

Go to Billing > Subscriptions to see:
  • All active services
  • Billing amount and cycle
  • Next renewal date
  • Subscription status

Upgrading a Plan

To upgrade your server resources:
  1. Go to your server dashboard
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades are prorated. You’ll only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading a Plan

To downgrade:
  1. Go to your server dashboard
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a smaller plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade
Ensure your server doesn’t exceed the new plan’s resource limits before downgrading.

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a service:
  1. Go to Billing > Subscriptions
  2. Click on the subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Choose cancellation timing:
    • End of billing period - Service continues until paid period ends
    • Immediately - Service stops right away

After Cancellation

  • Your server data is retained for 7 days
  • You can reactivate during this period
  • After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:
  1. Update your payment method
  2. The system will automatically retry
  3. Services may be suspended after multiple failures
